Karmafloor Acoustic Mat

 

• Before laying the Karmafloor Acoustic Mat ensure the subfloor is sound, smooth, dry and free of dust and dirt.
• As Karmafloor Acoustic Mat stretches slightly when rolled up it must be unrolled where it is to be installed and left for a few hours before installing.
• Karmafloor Mat Adhesive is recommended to bond the product to the base floor.
• When laying Karmafloor Acoustic Mat into the adhesive, ensure you press from the centre outwards in order to exclude air and maximise contact with the adhesive.
• Roll the Karmafloor Acoustic Mat from end to end and side to side to ensure maximum contact.  Use a 68kg flooring roller.
• Cut to size using a craft knife and straight edge.  Ensure all edges are butt jointed.
• Once you have completely covered the floor, wait 30 minutes then roll again.
• Wait until the adhesive is fully set before moving furniture or any other loads on the Karmafloor Acoustic Mat.
