Karmaplus Acoustic Perimeter Strip

• Cut floor finish boards as per manufacturers instructions, for example chipboard and other wood based boards require a 10mm gap between all perimeter walls and boards.
• Cut the Karmaplus Acoustic Perimeter Strip to the required length and insert between the floor finish and the wall as boards are laid, ensuring boards are pushed tightly to the Acoustic Perimeter Strip.
• Ensure that any joints in the strip are squarely butted.
• Turn the top of the strip over the floor finish board and trap underneath the skirting board.
• Trim off the excess and finish with a bead of acoustic sealant.
